Pet Policy

McKenzie Park Apartments is a pet-friendly community, and we know you and your pet will enjoy living here. Our non-refundable pet fee is $300 with a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. We allow up to two pets per apartment.

Breed Restrictions: Shepherd, Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit bull, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Wolf-dog hybrid, Great Dane, St Bernard, and any other dog breeds restricted by applicable law or regulation.

Other Restricted Pets: Ferrets, Reptiles, Tarantulas, Rodents, and any other animals restricted by applicable law or regulation.
